Greek for pleasure. Refers to the Greek goddess of delight, enjoyment, and sensuality, daughter of Eros (Love) and Psyche (Soul).
Goddess Hedone gave rise to Hedonism, the idea that pleasure is the highest good, and the purest intelligence.

A week-long, sun-soaked, sleepover slash dinner party where we make having fun SO sexy.
This is not a retreat. It’s an immersion with the women you didn’t know existed and been dreaming of being friends with your whole life.
WE ARE GOING TO GREECE!!!
It’s that time of year we’ll be swapping our beauty products for a big jar of unlabeled extra virgin olive oil, forgetting what a bra is, carrying a bag with a book and some peaches only, phone on 1% permanently and sunbathing until we feel like daughters of Helios.
This week, there will be no business workshops. No “new me” after this. Instead, in this Venusian week-long slumber party, you’ll realize how much of a baddie you already are, and how little you actually need to “rebrand” yourself, just by being surrounded by the right people, and turning into PLAY and PLEASURE energy for a whole week.
This is a coming out of the closet as the absolute sexy Muse bad bitch you’ve always been. And we’ll do it through the art of lounging, three-hour breakfasts, themed dinner party nights, play, delicious organic and local greek meals by our queen chef Afendula, and bodies aching from laughter and sun.
Before we know it, we’ll be finishing each other’s sentences and wondering how life ever felt small.

Meet Our Aegean Temple ↓
The magical island of Andros chose us for obvious reasons. A 1.5-hour ferry ride from Athens that will feel like you’re entering another world the moment you cross the Aegean Sea.
Our residency sits right between the virgin beaches of Fellos and Kourtali (5 min walk to each!!), which means we’ll basically have them to ourselves to lounge, eat fruit, and sunbathe topless until it feels borderline unhealthy.
About Andros
Known for having some of the most breathtaking hikes in all of Greece, and one of the only islands with actual waterfalls (yes, we’re going!! Yes, this influenced my decision entirely), Andros is also home to some of the most pristine, untouched beaches in the country.
It’s lush, wild, and otherworldly so basically the perfect setting for our immersion in all things beauty.
We’ll be hiking, swimming in waterfalls, visiting nearby towns, and taking boat trips, etc. (not spoiling too much!), while also spending plenty of time lounging at our incredible residency: two pools, four kitchens, ensuite bathrooms in every single room, an outdoor dining area, three living rooms and yes I’m gonna mention again that it’s a five-minute walk from some of the most beautiful beaches in Greece. Let’s make this super clear
This is not one of those retreats packed with workshops and this and that back-to-back programming. My vision for this retreat is that it feels like a besties trip. There will be day trips and optional morning practices with me, the rest of the retreat is intentionally unwritten. Whatever wants to unfold when the right women are together will change our Destiny.
There will be, however, one very strict rule: By the end of the retreat, you are to be the most unbothered, unedited, TANNED version of yourself you’ve ever known. It’s a promise.

Option to book a triple residency or a double room (all ensuite) with friends, or a kingsize bed solo ensuite.
Prices range from $2,400–$3,200 for shared triple/double rooms with ensuite bathrooms, up to $4,000 for king-size, sea-view rooms with ensuite bathrooms.
What happens in Greece doesn’t stay in Greece.
It rewrites how you live, and you’ll never settle again for anything that doesn’t feel like full-body, deep pleasure.
Words betray me every time I try to write about what happens when women gather and inhabit their inner queendom. You’ve seen it in Expansion, but these retreats are meant to tenfold that.
This venusian party has one agenda only: Have so much fun that what you feel becomes the baseline for how you live when you return to the Ordinary World.
There will be hysterical laughter. There will be tears. There will be breakthroughs and illuminations. But above all, there will be an unshakeable knowing that you came into this world to live in connection with your deepest desires, and you’ll never settle for anything less.

You’ll fly into Athens, and from there the ferry to Andros Island leaves from Rafina Port. Rafina is about 30–40 minutes from Athens International Airport, and the ferry ride itself is approximately 1.5 hours, depending on the boat. It’s an easy, beautiful crossing. We’ll send detailed travel guidance once dates are locked so getting here feels smooth — you’ll be crossing into Andros together!
Closer to the date, we’ll set a specific time to meet at the Andros port, and we’ll transport you to the retreat center (this transport is of course included in your stay).
I’ll open a WhatsApp group to coordinate travel plans and logistics. All you need to do is fly to Athens and get to Rafina Port before midday on the 16th.
I highly recommend, if you can, arriving in Athens a few days early to avoid jet lag if you’re not already in Europe (and to see the acropolis!!). Again, with the WhatsApp chat, you’ll be able to see who’s around and plan something before and/or after.

Just discuss it between yourselves first and make sure the room configuration works for your request. We have two options for shared rooms:
Tripe residencies (x2)
residency 1: one king bed on the main floor (sea view), two double beds upstairs, kitchen
residency 2: one king bed and one double bed downstairs (sea view), one queen bed upstairs, kitchen
(shared between 3, but bigger space and a whole upper level + pool for yourselves)
Double rooms (x2)
room 1 + 2: two double beds
(More privacy, smaller space, still stunning)
ALL ROOMS have an ensuite bathroom, you’ll be sharing a bathroom with 3 people on the residencies, 2 people on the doubles.
There’s also the option to book the kingsize bed en suite seaside if you are feeling extra queen-ish.
Please make sure you’re 100% sure of your room configuration before selecting your option at checkout. If you book one of the double rooms without plans to share it with someone specific, amazing — I’ll pair you with someone I think you’ll truly vibe with, and you’ll likely leave the retreat with a new friend.

We’ll inform our private chef Afendula of everyone’s dietary restrictions, preferences etc, as well as favorite snacks and treats to stock the house

Honestly, my favorite. We’ll be transitioning from mild summer into full summer summer (solstice), and the weather is bathing suit all day, maybe a skirt. It won’t be peak heat season, and it’s still considered off-season, so we’ll avoid the crowds.
